About the location:
A unique property, the Four Seasons Resort Seychelles is tucked away in the secluded Petite Anse bay on the southwest coast of Mahé, the Seychelles’ largest island. The pristine Petite Anse beach and largely untouched natural landscapes, provide all who visit a sense of escape, adventure and discovery. From here you can easily get to know local Seychellois culture at nearby Victoria Market, Takamaka Rum Distillery or Jardin du Roi Spice Garden, or venture by boat for guided day trips to other remote islands such as Praslin or La Digue.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain departmental logbooks, records, and prepare accurate reports.
Monitor and operate the CCTV and fire alarm systems, responding promptly to incidents.
Participate in fire drills and emergency procedures to ensure readiness.
Safeguard guest confidentiality, follow guest room access protocols, and assist with VIP services.
Patrol resort premises, both interior and exterior, and respond to any threats or suspicious activities.
Identify, report, and coordinate the removal of safety or fire hazards.
Inspect and maintain fire and safety equipment including extinguishers, first aid kits, and emergency lighting.
Control guest, staff, and visitor movements within the resort in accordance with established procedures.
Supervise vehicle access, staff shuttle services, and traffic control, ensuring safety standards are met.
Oversee deliveries, fuel unloading, and technical checks of power stations and water tanks.
Enforce access control policies, including bag checks, pass issuance, and key management.
Apply lost-and-found procedures and maintain accurate records of property movement.
Assist resort staff in handling incidents such as thefts, accidents, or disorderly conduct.
Welcome guests at the main gate when required, delivering a warm and professional Four Seasons service experience.
Carry out additional duties as assigned by resort management.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
Previous experience in hospitality security or law enforcement.
Strong knowledge of fire, life, and safety procedures.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to remain calm and act decisively in emergency situations.
Attention to detail and discretion when dealing with guests and confidential information.

Work Environment & Schedule:
Full-time position requiring flexibility to work shifts, weekends, holidays, and emergency call-outs as needed.
