As a Transfer Pricing Intern, you will engage in providing guidance and support to clients on transfer pricing matters, helping businesses establish and maintain appropriate pricing for transactions between related entities. As an Intern, you will focus on learning and gaining exposure to PwC's practices, supporting teams with basic tasks, and participating in projects. You will have the opportunity to observe and contribute to the team's success while developing your personal brand.
In this role at PwC, you will be part of our Tax practice, where you will assist in navigating complex tax regulations and optimizing tax positions for our clients. You will be encouraged to ask questions, take initiative, and produce quality work that adds value for our clients. This position offers a chance to work on a variety of assignments, each presenting unique challenges and scope, providing a platform for continuous learning and growth.
Responsibilities
- Supporting teams in providing guidance on transfer pricing matters to clients
- Participating in the analysis of financial data to establish appropriate pricing for transactions between related entities
- Assisting in the preparation of transfer pricing documentation to maintain compliance with tax regulations
- Conducting research on international taxation and Base Erosion and Profit Shifting (BEPS) initiatives
- Engaging in financial modeling and economic translation to support client tax strategies
- Collaborating with team members to review legal documents and corporate structuring for tax compliance
- Gathering and analyzing information from various sources to discern patterns and insights
- Applying a learning mindset to develop personal skills and contribute to team success
- Actively listening and asking questions to enhance understanding and communication within the team
- Taking initiative in producing quality work that adds value for clients and supports project goals
What You Must Have
- Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Economics, Accounting, Finance
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
