Air Liquide Engineering & Construction builds the Group’s production units (mainly air gas separation and hydrogen production units) and provides external customers with efficient, sustainable, customized technology and process solutions. Our core expertise in industrial gas, energy conversion and gas purification, enables customers to optimize natural resources. We cover the entire project life-cycle: license engineering services / proprietary equipment, high-end engineering & design capabilities, project management & execution services. In addition we also offer efficient customer services through our worldwide set-up. As a technology partner, customers benefit from our research and development to achieve energy transition goals.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
Leading a team of civil and structural engineers in-house.
Leading a team of 3rd party (external) civil and structural engineers outside of AL premises.
Ensuring quality of engineering documents and material supply according to contract requirements.
Providing realistic and reliable forecasts on man-hour consumption, quantities, cost, achievement of milestones and freezing dates.
Managing man-hour consumption, quantities, cost, achievement of milestones and freezing dates and deviations.
Are you a MATCH?
Minimum 5 years of experience in civil and structural engineering within an industrial environment.
Hands-on experience in drafting and designing roles for projects, including preparation of calculations and drawings for foundations, buildings and structural steel.
Knowledge of AutoCAD.
Professional license, knowledge of software such as Autodesk Robot software, Tekla, Aveva or Smart Plant will be an advantage.
Minimum basic knowledge of geotechnical aspects - understanding of soil conditions, ability to check soil reports.
Experience in onshore oil and gas civil and structural design will be an advantage.
Very good written and spoken English.
Inter-discipline mindset and strong adaptability.
Commercial awareness, including contract awareness and cost consciousness
Mobility.
Must already possess full eligibility to work in Poland
