Summary:
As a Business Analyst, a typical day involves examining the structure and operations of an organization to understand how its processes and systems function together. This role requires evaluating the existing business model and how it aligns with technological solutions. The day includes identifying the needs of customers, envisioning improved future states or solutions, and conducting thorough research to collect and integrate relevant information. The Business Analyst plays a key role in bridging the gap between business objectives and technology implementation by carefully analyzing and designing effective processes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Support the development and implementation of business strategies by providing detailed analysis and recommendations.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their understanding of business processes and technology integration.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively gather and synthesize information from diverse sources.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear and actionable technical specifications.
- Experience in process mapping and designing workflows that align with organizational goals.
- Capability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive consensus and achieve project objectives.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
