Description
The Digital Channel Customer Service Representative is a dynamic high-volume Representative that will provide exceptional customer support to eCommerce customers with their inquiries for Canadian Tire and our Family of Companies. (SportChek, Atmosphere, Mark’s, Pro-Hockey Life)
Must be English proficient to be eligible for this role.
This is a temporary full-time position from Sept 14 until Jan 9, 2027
This role will have full-time training hours, Mon-Fri 9AM - 5PM over 3 weeks.

What you’ll do
To support our tremendous growth during the Holiday, cyber and boxing week period you will be trained to support inbound customer service calls and emails related to our websites, mobile applications, online shopping and eCommerce order reviews.
Support inbound customer inquiries by phone and email related to eCommerce experiences across Canadian Tire Corporation retail banners, including website/app navigation, online purchases, returns, delivery timelines, product quality concerns, and Triangle Rewards.
Assist customers using various browsers and devices, including desktop, mobile, Android, and iOS platforms.
Manage a high-volume contact centre environment, handling approximately 60–70 calls per day with an average call duration of five minutes.

What you’ve done
Minimum one year of customer service experience in a customer-facing environment, such as retail, hospitality, food service, contact centre, or similar.
Demonstrated passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience through professional verbal communication, active listening, and problem solving.
Proven ability to navigate multiple systems and support customers with basic browser-based functions.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous call centre experience is an asset.
Shifts
Our Sept to December department hours of operation are expected to be:
8:00am – 11:00pm, Monday to Sunday,
This role requires flexibility to meet changing business needs. While shifts may vary, you can expect to work primarily evenings (until close) and weekends.
To be successful in this role, you must:
- Be available to work days, evenings, and weekends
- Have full availability upon hire during the department's hours of operation
