Minimum Qualifications:

• High school graduate or equivalent (GED).
• Two (2) years of customer service experience.
• Proficiency in general office tasks, computer peripherals.
• Valid driver's license.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Strong team player.
• Outgoing, adaptable, and flexible personality.
• Prior banking or utility customer service experience.
• Forward thinking, with a drive towards process improvement, efficiency, excellence.
• Strong technical aptitude.

Work Schedule:

• 4-10 work schedule, with every Friday off

Benton REA has offices in West Richland and Prosser, WA. This position will primarily report to the headquarters in West Richland but may occasionally need to report to Prosser.

This is a temporary position expected to last up to four (4) months. Temporary positions are not eligible for Association benefits and do not have a length of service or hours guarantee.

Supplemental Information:

Selection process will include a request for writing samples, with a preference towards excellent communication skills, interview and skills testing through Willo, and in-person interview process.

Final candidate selected will be subject to a comprehensive background process, to include criminal background check, driving history review, and drug screen.
