Description
About the role
We are hiring a working student to help make AI useful at casavi. As an internal AI first responder, you will help colleagues turn AI ideas, questions and challenges into practical solutions. This is a hands-on role for someone with a strong builder mentality. You will act as a sparring partner for colleagues, helping them turn their domain expertise and practical needs into useful AI-supported approaches and processes.
You will work closely with the Chief of Staff and relevant stakeholders across all units, contributing to our internal AI adoption framework. The role is part-time at 18–20 hours per week during the semester, with the option to increase your working hours to up to 40 hours per week during semester breaks. Remote work is possible, and occasional on-site work in Munich is welcome.
Your mission
Act as a first point of contact for colleagues across casavi, helping them identify and articulate promising AI use cases and quickly assess where AI can create real value
Co-develop practical solutions with colleagues, ranging from prompts, workflows and AI productivity tools to integrations and process redesign
Work with our main AI tools, including Langdock, Gemini and Atlassian AI (Rovo), as well as other approved tools where appropriate
Test, iterate and document solutions in line with our AI adoption framework and approved tools
Support teams in adopting new ways of working, gather feedback and help shape our AI-driven future
Your profile
You have a strong builder mentality: you enjoy getting hands-on, turning ideas into practical solutions and learning by doing. You are comfortable experimenting, testing and improving your approach rather than waiting for everything to be perfect
You are currently enrolled in a degree programme, ideally in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Digital Business, Management & Technology or a related field
You have first-hand experience with AI tools and have actively used or experimented with AI in your studies or personal projects; experience with Langdock, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot or similar tools is welcome
You are reliable and accountable, take ownership of your responsibilities, learn actively from mistakes and want to drive change rather than simply observe it
You are comfortable reaching out, building relationships across onsite and remote teams and working with different personalities in a remote, fast-paced environment
You can work independently, navigate ambiguity and have German language skills at B2 level and a very good command of English at C1 level, both written and spoken
