About the role

We are seeking an experience Site Admin & Comms lead who will work directly with the Site leadership Team and will support some administrative duties as required. The incumbents will also lead the site communications strategy to support business needs and ensures site success.

The role would be based in Jamshoro reporting into the E2E SC Lead and Site Director, covering supervision & responsibility to manage all admin related matters such as Canteen, Housekeeping, Transport, Travel & Fleet, Time Management and addition of EW Compliance Management, via extended support the site with EW Relations management aspects (e.g. data management and administrative compliance of 3P contracts would be centralized and compliant). The role will also support the team in broader communication and engagement at site. And will also provide subject matter expertise support to the commercial team on matters related to Travel and Fleet.

Administers and supports the execution of employee engagement strategies, programs, initiatives, and key activities that continuously elevate the employee experience. Supports efforts to increase employee engagement with a focus on employee communications, employee and corporate social responsibility events, recognition, and innovation, among others.

Responsibilities

1. Administrative Operations & Facilities Management

  • Ensure smooth provision of administrative services across canteen, housekeeping, transport, time management, fleet, travel, and CBRE-related services.
  • Direct and oversee housekeeping, building maintenance, grounds, equipment, and supplies.
  • Lead canteen operations and ensure high standards of hygiene, food preparation, storage, and service.
  • Address employee complaints related to administrative services effectively and efficiently.
  • Maintain high standards of compliance in all administration-related activities.

2. Compliance, Governance & External Relations

  • Partner with Security, EHS, Legal, HR, and site teams to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Support internal and external audits and inspections.
  • Liaise with government and non-government authorities, including Labor Directors and Labor Officers.
  • Support EW Relations management, including third-party contract compliance and administrative governance.
  • Ensure full compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable local and federal regulations.
  • Uphold confidentiality, professionalism, and integrity in all activities.

3. Employee Experience, Engagement & Culture

  • Support and execute employee communication and engagement strategies, programs, and initiatives.
  • Coordinate and promote site-wide activities, events, recognition programs, and year-end initiatives.
  • Implement initiatives that foster a positive work culture and enhance employee experience.
  • Collaborate with HR and leadership to align engagement activities with organizational objectives.
  • Analyze employee feedback and engagement data to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Participate in site committees and cross-functional teams as assigned.

4. Communications & Internal Branding

  • Own the deployment and execution of site communication strategies.
  • Manage internal communications, including emails, intranet content, publications, training materials, and meeting communications.
  • Prepare external communications such as articles, press releases, blogs, and webcasts as required.
  • Develop visual communication materials including brochures, flyers, banners, bulletins, and digital content.
  • Coordinate production and distribution of communication materials.
  • Develop and maintain editorial standards and branding guidelines.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with Corporate Communications and build relationships with local commercial teams.
  • Stay current on communication technologies and social media developments.

5. Vendor, Financial & Continuous Improvement Management

  • Manage vendor relationships and coordinate vendor activities and service delivery.
  • Analyze expenditures, budgets, and operational data to improve services and ensure cost efficiency.
  • Ensure availability of required supplies and services with high levels of integrity and control.
  • Identify and implement process improvements, simplification opportunities, and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Prepare business presentations, letters, reports, and other management documentation as required.
  • Conduct research, gather information, and support communication and operational decision-making.

Your profile

  • Bachelors Degree or other applicable Degree Communications, Public Relations, etc.
  • 5-8 years of related professional experience
  • Experience managing communication for large audiences
  • Understanding and connections with the community, government agencies, hospitality, regulatory agencies, among others
  • Experience supporting administrative requirements
