The opportunity:
Join our manufacturing team as a Production Process Engineer - Transformers, where you will play a key role in developing, optimizing, and sustaining efficient production processes. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve productivity, quality, safety, and cost performance while supporting new product introductions and continuous improvement initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive engineering professional who is passionate about process optimization, data-driven decision making, and operational excellence.
How you'll make an impact:
- You will be responsible to support the development and implementation of scalable manufacturing processes that meet business, quality, and safety requirements.
- You will collaborate with production, engineering, quality, and supply chain teams to optimize workflows, layouts, and manufacturing efficiency.
- You will drive process improvement projects, equipment installations, and manufacturing startups to achieve operational objectives.
- You will provide technical support and guidance to production and engineering teams, helping to resolve process-related challenges and improve standardization.
- You will ensure manufacturing processes comply with quality and regulatory standards through validation activities, audits, and corrective actions.
- You will support new product introduction (NPI) activities by designing, validating, and scaling manufacturing processes from pilot stages to production.
- You will monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze process data, and identify opportunities to improve productivity, yield, and product quality.
- You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies and best practices to enhance operational performance and safety

Your background:
- You hold a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
- At least 1 year of experience in process engineering, manufacturing, production engineering, or production management.
- Strong knowledge of process design, optimization, and validation, as well as familiarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Proficiency in data analysis, KPI monitoring, and technical studies to support decision-making.
- Ability to troubleshoot process issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
- Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
