Responsibilities:
Perform preventive maintenance, routine inspections, troubleshooting, and repair of manufacturing equipment and machinery.
Support equipment modification and improvement projects to enhance productivity and energy efficiency.
Manage spare parts and consumable inventories, including stock monitoring and purchase requests.
Maintain maintenance records and prepare work logs, equipment histories, and inspection reports.
Collaborate with Production, Electrical, and Boiler teams to ensure equipment reliability and support problem-solving activities.
Qualifications:
Ability to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts (4-team, 3-shift schedule).
Basic knowledge of mechanical equipment maintenance and repair.
High school diploma or higher
0 to 5 years of experience in equipment maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
[Preferred] Graduates of a Mechanical Engineering program at a technical high school or holders of an associate degree in a mechanical-related field
[Preferred] Welding, lathe machining, and forklift operation skills.
