Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive maintenance, routine inspections, troubleshooting, and repair of manufacturing equipment and machinery.

• Support equipment modification and improvement projects to enhance productivity and energy efficiency.

• Manage spare parts and consumable inventories, including stock monitoring and purchase requests.

• Maintain maintenance records and prepare work logs, equipment histories, and inspection reports.

• Collaborate with Production, Electrical, and Boiler teams to ensure equipment reliability and support problem-solving activities.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts (4-team, 3-shift schedule).

• Basic knowledge of mechanical equipment maintenance and repair.

• High school diploma or higher

• 0 to 5 years of experience in equipment maintenance within a manufacturing environment.

• [Preferred] Graduates of a Mechanical Engineering program at a technical high school or holders of an associate degree in a mechanical-related field

• [Preferred] Welding, lathe machining, and forklift operation skills.
