About HireEazy

HireEazy is a US-based recruiting and staffing agency specializing in technical and specialized hiring including IT, engineering, semiconductor, biotech, and Life Sciences roles. We handle full-cycle delivery: sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates. We're looking for independent sales partners who can open doors to companies that need hiring support, while we take care of the recruiting execution.

The Arrangement

This is a pure referral/sales partnership, not an employment role. You bring in client companies who sign on for staffing services; HireEazy delivers the candidates and manages the account relationship post-signature (or jointly, depending on the deal). You earn commission on every client you bring who converts into a paying account. The commission will be a percentage of the hourly billing rate & will be a recurring monthly income for you.

What You'll Do

• Identify and prospect companies with active or recurring hiring needs (HR leaders, talent acquisition heads, founders, hiring managers)
• Pitch HireEazy's staffing services and value proposition
• Introduce/warm-hand qualified leads to the HireEazy team for closing and onboarding, or close deals directly if comfortable doing so
• Maintain a pipeline of prospects and provide regular updates on lead status
• Represent HireEazy professionally in all outreach and client-facing interactions

What You Bring

• Existing network or proven ability to reach HR/TA decision-makers, founders, or hiring managers.
• Background in B2B sales, staffing/recruiting sales, or account management (preferred but not mandatory if network is strong)
• Self-starter who can work independently with minimal oversight
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable with a 100% commission, results-based compensation structure

Compensation Structure

• Commission Only
• Paid per client successfully onboarded and invoiced (structure to be defined: flat fee per client, % of first invoice, or % of ongoing billings pick one below)
• % of first placement fee from that client (common in staffing: 10–20% of HireEazy's take on the first successful placement)
• Trailing commission smaller % on all placements from that client for a defined period (e.g., 6–12 months), rewarding long-term relationship value
• Payment terms: paid within 15 days of the client’s invoice being collected.

Engagement Terms

• Independent contractor relationship no employment benefits, no exclusivity required unless negotiated
• Non-circumvention clause: clients introduced by the rep remain attributed to them for commission purposes for the duration of the agreement
• Confidentiality: rep agrees not to disclose HireEazy's client list, pricing, or delivery methodology to third parties
