About the team
The Revenue Enablement team helps go-to-market teams build the knowledge, skills and confidence they need to perform effectively. We design and support onboarding, ongoing learning, certifications, product and program readiness, and major enablement events. We also manage learning content, enablement platforms, reporting and program operations so that enablement can be delivered consistently at scale.
This internship will support the team with the practical coordination and execution behind these programs. You will help organize learning content, support onboarding and events, maintain program information, coordinate with cross-functional partners, and support with reporting that helps the team understand business impact and improve its work.
What is Revenue Enablement?
Revenue Enablement brings together coaching, training, content, technology and operational support to help revenue professionals develop skills and apply what they learn in daily work. Its purpose is to improve readiness, productivity and consistent execution through meaningful, results-focused programs whose impact can be measured.
Location
HYBRID: You must be in the Ottawa, Canada office at least three days a week.
Term Duration
This is a full-time 12-month position, starting January 2027
Co-op / Intern Eligibility
This position is open to co-ops and interns. To be eligible, you must be currently enrolled in full-time education or be a recent/upcoming graduate within 12 months of the placement end date.
Compensation range
$19.46- $28.55 hourly rate. The final offer within this range will reflect the candidate’s skills, year of education, and experience.

What you will do
- Create and update Revenue Enablement content using modern content-creation technologies.
- Support the build and delivery of onboarding, learning, certification, and readiness programs.
- Provide logistics, administration and operational support for onboarding and enablement events, including in-person activities.
- Help organize and maintain learning content and program information in enablement platforms and shared workspaces.
- Coordinate schedules, communications, and follow-ups with cross-functional partners as required.
- Pull program and business-impact data to support in reporting on business impact of enablement activities.
- Contribute to other Revenue Enablement projects as assigned.
What we are looking for
- A self-starter who can quickly learn our systems and processes and begin contributing within four to six weeks.
- Completion of at least third-year studies in Business, Sales, Market Research, Graphic Design or an equivalent field.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and deliver with a sense of urgency.
- Strong attention to detail, organization and time management.
- Good collaboration skills and a constructive, positive approach.
- Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Curiosity about how an enterprise software company operates and a desire to learn.
- An interest in identifying opportunities to improve processes and create operational efficiencies.
