Due to growth, we are seeking a Manager to join our Finance and Operations Transformation team in Tāmaki Makaurau / Auckland on a two-year fixed-term, full-time basis.
This role focuses primarily on operations and supply chain transformation. You’ll work with private and public sector clients across a range of industries, supporting work in areas such as operational excellence, performance improvement, procurement, supply chain and finance transformation. Our work brings together people, process, performance and digital transformation to help clients create sustainable business benefits.
This is a two year fixed term role with a minimum of 37.5 guaranteed hours per week, generally worked Monday to Friday.
Your day-to-day could include:
Managing and supporting the delivery of supply chain and operations transformation engagements, from analysis through to implementation.
Working across areas such as warehousing, transport management, transport planning, supply chain planning, Sales and Operations Planning, or Integrated Business Planning.
Analysing operational, financial and performance data to identify opportunities and support decision-making.
Building trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders at different levels, including senior leaders.
Supporting business development activity, including relationship development and competitive tender responses.

We’re looking for someone with:
3+ years relevant experience in supply chain, operations, procurement, ERP transformation, business transformation, consulting or a related field.
Understanding of the full supply chain lifecycle, from strategy through to execution.
Experience supporting or managing complex projects or client engagements, ideally within professional services, consulting or a client-facing environment.
A relevant tertiary qualification in business, economics, finance, operations, supply chain, or a related discipline.
Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to engage clearly and respectfully with people at all levels, including executive teams and boards.
Financial and data literacy, with curiosity and a practical approach to solving problems.
A positive, collaborative approach and willingness to keep learning and lead by example.
