Daffodil Storage is currently seeking a part-time Assistant Storage Manager for our location in Lacey.
We’re looking for dependable, customer-focused individuals who want to contribute to a growing company that values teamwork, exceptional service, and positive customer relationships.
Assistant Manager Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Respond to customer questions and concerns promptly, professionally, and in accordance with company policies
- Assist with rent collection and account follow-up
- Promote and sell retail products while maintaining product knowledge
- Operate the point-of-sale system and accurately handle cash transactions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment
- Support maintenance staff and help ensure the property and vacant units remain clean and well maintained
- Assist with renting moving trucks ranging from 16’ to 26’ (limited on-site driving required)
Qualifications
- Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Comfortable explaining and recommending company products and services
- Ability to follow company procedures and policies
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment while managing multiple transactions
- Flexible availability to work any day of the week between 8:30 AM and 6:30 PM (Monday–Sunday)
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
