We are seeking highly motivated and ambitious interns with a passion for technology, collaboration, and problem-solving to join our SAP SuccessFactors Internship Programme. This 4-month programme provides candidates with the opportunity to study SAP SuccessFactors modules, obtain an industry-recognised SAP certification and gain real world knowledge and experience.

Responsibilities

As an intern, you will:

• Receive access to the SAP Learning Hub and study materials for your assigned SAP SuccessFactors module.
• Be required to self-study and work remotely. You may be required to occasionally attend an in-office workday.
• Prepare for and write the SAP SuccessFactors certification examination upon completion of the training.
• Complete tasks and assessments designed to build and test your experience and abilities as a consultant.
• Assist experienced consultants with project-related activities to gain valuable hands-on experience and industry exposure.
• Develop both technical and professional consulting skills in a real-world business environment.

Requirements

• Matriculation / Grade 12 / Senior Certificate.
• A relevant Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Must be a South African citizen.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to effectively manage time and work independently to meet deadlines.
• Access to a personal laptop and reliable internet connectivity to support e-learning, video content, and virtual meetings.
• Preference given to candidates that reside in Durban or Johannesburg.
