Memory Care Manager (LPN Certified)

Water's Edge Assisted Living of Bradenton is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Memory Care Manager to lead our specialized care team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of residents with memory impairments while working in a supportive and growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations of the memory care unit, ensuring high-quality resident care and safety

- Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans in collaboration with residents, families, and healthcare professionals

- Supervise and support caregiving staff, providing training and guidance to maintain compliance with care standards

- Monitor residents’ health status, respond to changes, and coordinate with healthcare providers as needed

- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies

- Foster a warm, respectful, and engaging environment for residents and staff

Skills and Qualifications:

- Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification

- Prior experience in memory care or dementia-specific settings preferred

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to assisted living and memory care

- Compassionate, patient, and attentive to residents’ needs

- Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and empathy
