Job Summary
• This role is responsible for shaping, governing, and driving the global enablement, transformation, and scalability of the PAOM operating model to ensure PAOMs are future-ready, digitally enabled, and aligned with HP’s evolving business strategy. Acting as a strategic transformation leader, this role designs and governs the end-to-end PAOM enablement framework, translating enterprise priorities into scalable operating models, change strategies, and execution-ready plans that drive adoption across markets and partner ecosystems. The role combines strategic vision, process governance, change leadership, and operational excellence to optimize PAOM capabilities, anticipate transformation risks, and ensure consistent execution of global initiatives. Through data-driven insights, executive stakeholder influence, and continuous innovation, this position drives sustainable business transformation, strengthens organizational readiness, and ensures operational consistency across regions.

Responsibilities
• Shapes and governs the strategic vision for the global PAOM operating model, ensuring long-term scalability, digital readiness, and alignment with HP’s business transformation priorities.
• Designs, leads, and governs end-to-end PAOM enablement and transformation initiatives across processes, tools, capabilities, and partner-impacting programs.
• Translates enterprise-wide strategic initiatives into clear, execution-ready PAOM enablement plans, ensuring readiness across markets while accounting for regional, partner, and operational realities.
• Owns the lifecycle governance of PAOM-relevant process and capability transformations, from design and stakeholder alignment through rollout, adoption, and long-term sustainability.
• Identifies, assesses, and mitigates adoption risks, resistance patterns, readiness gaps, and operational barriers to ensure smooth implementation and minimal business disruption.
• Uses operational insights, market intelligence, and business performance indicators to define global improvement priorities and guide strategic decision-making.
• Partners cross-functionally with senior leaders, business stakeholders, transformation teams, and regional organizations to influence accountability, adoption, and successful execution.
• Defines, documents, and governs standardized processes, frameworks, playbooks, and enablement assets as a single source of truth to drive consistency, clarity, and scalability globally.
• Delivers compelling executive-level presentations that communicate the strategic value, business impact, and transformation outcomes of PAOM enablement initiatives.
• Explores and implements innovative methodologies in change management, process optimization, automation, and capability development to strengthen organizational maturity.
• Establishes governance mechanisms and success metrics to monitor adoption, measure transformation effectiveness, and continuously improve the PAOM model.
• Mentors and guides team members and stakeholders in change enablement principles, strategic process governance, and operational excellence.
• Stays current on industry best practices, organizational transformation trends, and emerging technologies to continuously evolve PAOM capabilities.

Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically 10+ years of experience in global business operations, transformation, process governance, change management, enablement, or related strategic functions.
• Proven experience leading large-scale cross-functional or global transformation initiatives.
• Strong expertise in process design, governance frameworks, and organizational capability building.
• Demonstrated success operating across multiple regions and influencing without formal authority in complex global environments.

• Lean Six Sigma / Design Thinking
• Agile / Scrum / SAFe
• Project or Program Management certifications are a plus
