Job OverviewResponsible for the overall management of all Company-owned retail stores in a geographic district. The Senior Manager, Neighborhood, plays a crucial role and is responsible in overseeing the operations of our Neighborhood stores. They ensure the smooth functioning of these stores, which are designed to cater to everyday needs in urban, suburban, and rural areas. Leads a team of retail store managers overseeing the responsibility for the proper operation of the stores which adhere to compliance with all company policies and procedures. Ensures the proper execution of sales,revenue plans and customer experience across their respective door location portfolio. Responsible for the staffing and training of all employees of the Company-owned retail stores in the district. This is a direct retail sales management position with additional responsibilities for store associated customer care activities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all store locations meet the company’s requirements and are opened as per the business plan.
- Provide management, oversight, direction, and motivation to store staff/management to build a cohesive, positive team environment that represents T-Mobile’s values.
- Ensure that the retail stores are staffed and trained to the approved levels to meet customer traffic demands. This requires skills in recruiting, selection, hiring, training and working in a leadership and development capacity for the ongoing growth of your market.
- Be the sales leader for this channel. This includes meeting and exceeding overall sales objectives, proper forecasting and ensuring that the resources are available to meet these goals.
- Ensure store operations meet company standards and expectations.
- Provide input into the strategic planning process for this channel.
- Provide financial/management reporting as designed to support company requirements. Develop store forecasts and budgets as required.
Education and Work Experience:
- High School Diploma/GED (Required)
- 2-4 years Sales and operational excellence (Preferred)
- 2-4 years Multi-unit management experience (Preferred)
