Job Summary
Provides leadership and oversight for clinical device integration services across Prisma Health, ensuring reliable, secure connectivity between medical devices and enterprise systems. Oversees the design, implementation, and support of integration solutions that enable the exchange of clinical data to support patient care, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance. Manages relationships with clinical stakeholders, vendors, and Centrak team, evaluating workflows and technology needs to deliver scalable, cost-effective integration strategies. Ensures stability and performance of integration platforms, leads issue resolution, and supports system upgrades and device onboarding. Maintains compliance with regulatory, cybersecurity, and data standards while promoting data integrity and patient safety. Leads and develops staff, establishes best practices, and drives continuous improvement to advance clinical technology integration across the organization.Essential Functions

Plans, organizes, and manages complex projects, vendor relations, departmental resources, and support services of Clinical Device Integration systems in a multi-facility environment.
Standardizes and integrates solutions to align and improve business or clinical processes to support the critical business strategies.
Leads and mentors' staff of the Clinical Device Integration team by evaluating requests and monitor workloads
Assists in developing and managing the departmental strategic plans, capital, and operational budgets.
Works with customers to analyze their needs and ensure solutions are aligned to support critical business needs.
Supervisory/Management Responsibilities
Job has direct and/or indirect supervision of employees that may include final budget authority, hire/termination/disciplinary authority, performance appraisal responsibility. Job will be considered a member of the management staff with direct reports.
Minimum Requirements
Education - Bachelor’s Degree in Business Data Processing Management Information Systems, Computer Science or related field of study.
Experience - Five (5) years of experience and demonstrated leadership in information systems, data processing and departmental management. Experience in the application of quality improvement concepts and tools, IT planning, organization, development, and project management.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Working knowledge of business processes, management, and budgeting.
Working knowledge of information systems, hardware platforms, enterprise software applications, outsourced systems, and working with IT vendors.
Working knowledge of system design and development from business requirements analysis through the day-to-day management of IT.
Project management skills
Ability to apply IT in solving business problems.
Analytical skills, including the ability to organize/assess information and make recommendations for operational, budgeting, auditing, and forecasting purposes.
