AP T&E Specialist
Who we are looking for
Who you will report to
The position reports to Finance TL P2P T&E.
What you will work on
- Reviewing and processing employee travel and expense claims with accuracy and efficiency.
- Validating receipts, supporting documentation, approvals, and adherence to company policies.
- Investigating and resolving expense discrepancies while providing timely support to employees on T&E-related queries.
- Reconciling corporate card transactions and expense reports to ensure accurate financial records.
- Supporting month-end close activities, including T&E reporting and analysis.
- Maintaining accurate documentation and records while assisting with audits and continuous process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications you have for this role
Bachelor’s degree preferably in Accounting or Finance
2-5 experience in finance accounting and reporting
Previous experience in a similar T&E environment within an organisation or SSC/BPO environment is advantageous
Computer literacy – Excel, Word and other large enterprise systems advantageous (e.g. IFS, SAP, Oracle etc.)
Excellent English skills required, written and verbal.
High level of accountability, accuracy, and efficiency

Location
The position will be based in Kuala Lumpur office located at KL Sentral which is a strategic work location with convenience travelling by Monorail, Rapid Kelana Jaya Line, MRT and KTM services as well as easy to get to go by public transportation.
