Casual Security Officer - Kwinana Sites & Pinjar
We are currently seeking motivated and reliable Casual Security Officers to join our team across our Kwinana and Pinjar sites in Western Australia.
About the Role
As a Casual Security Officer, you will play an important role in maintaining the safety and security of our clients' facilities, assets, and personnel. This position offers a variety of duties in a dynamic industrial environment and is ideal for candidates who enjoy working both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct access control and visitor management duties
- Monitor and respond to security incidents and alarms
- Perform regular patrols and inspections of site facilities
- Complete electronic reporting and incident documentation
- Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and contractors
- Ensure compliance with site procedures, client requirements, and MSS Security standards
- Respond effectively to emergencies and provide first-response support when required
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- Current WA Security Officer Licence
- Current First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011 or equivalent)
- Current Driver's Licence and reliable transport
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work rotational shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and public holidays
- Strong attention to detail and situational awareness
- Intermediate computer skills and experience using reporting systems
