Job Description

The Facilities Cleaning Lead is responsible for overseeing all site cleaning and housekeeping activities to maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment across production areas, offices, cafeterias, restrooms, warehouses, and common areas. This role supervises janitorial personnel and coordinates daily cleaning schedules.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate janitorial and housekeeping staff.

• Oversee cleaning of production areas, offices, cafeterias, restrooms, locker rooms, and common spaces.

• Ensure execution of daily, weekly, and periodic cleaning schedules.

• Conduct routine inspections and address cleanliness deficiencies.

• Manage cleaning supplies, chemicals, equipment, and vendor services.

• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and site housekeeping requirements.

• Train personnel on proper cleaning procedures and safe chemical handling.

• Maintain cleaning records and support audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Minimum Requirement:

• High School Diploma or GED
