Employment Type: Full Time
Location: London
Compensation: £36,059 / year
Description
Are you an ambitious Personal Injury Paralegal looking for an opportunity to work on some of the most complex and high-value injury claims?
Unlike many paralegal roles, this position offers exposure to genuinely catastrophic injury litigation from an early stage in your career. You'll work on cases that are often valued in excess of £1 million and involve life-changing injuries including brain injury, spinal cord injury, amputation, and severe orthopaedic trauma. We focus on some of the most serious personal injury cases pursued in England and Wales, working with leading medical experts, rehabilitation professionals and King's Counsel to achieve outstanding outcomes for our clients.
Working closely with senior lawyers and fee earners, you'll become an integral part of the litigation team, helping to progress complex cases while developing specialist expertise in catastrophic injury litigation. You'll have the opportunity to build strong client relationships, attend conferences with counsel and experts, assist with litigation strategy and gain invaluable experience that will support your long-term career development. For the right candidate, this role offers meaningful responsibility from an early stage, supported by supervision, mentoring and guidance to develop your skills and confidence.
Unlike many firms, we act exclusively for claimants. You'll never work on behalf of insurers or compensators. Every case you work on will be focused on helping injured people and their families secure the support and compensation they need following life-changing injuries. Many of our clients are trade union members who have suffered serious injuries at work, on the road or in public places.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to move beyond volume driven personal injury work and develop their career within a team that focuses on quality, collaboration and achieving the very best outcomes for seriously injured clients.

- Assisting in the management of high-value serious and catastrophic injury cases from inception through to conclusion.
- Drafting legal documents, witness statements and correspondence.
- Reviewing medical records, expert evidence and other documentation.

- Liaising with clients, medical experts, rehabilitation providers, leading counsel, courts and other stakeholders.
- Supporting the preparation of cases for conferences, settlement meetings and trials.
- Maintaining case records and ensuring compliance with regulatory and professional obligations.
- Providing exceptional client care with empathy, professionalism and attention to detail.

- A Law Degree or equivalent legal qualification.
