Summary:
As a Test Automation Lead, a typical day involves spearheading the evolution of testing practices to establish a seamless and efficient quality engineering process. This role focuses on enhancing the overall control, precision, and reliability of testing activities by integrating advanced methodologies and tools. The position requires driving continuous improvements and fostering innovation in testing strategies to create more predictive and intelligent automation solutions. Collaboration across various teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality outcomes is a key aspect of the daily responsibilities, ensuring that testing processes align with organizational goals and standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment and transparency in testing objectives and outcomes.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM).
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing automated testing frameworks and tools.
- Experience in integrating continuous testing practices within DevOps pipelines.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and develop innovative testing solutions that improve quality and reduce manual effort.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to align testing strategies with business objectives.
- Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to test automation and quality assurance processes.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM).
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
