Position Overview:
The Branch Marketing Director assists in implementing a digital marketing strategy for the mortgage team. This position provides marketing and communications support for the company, resulting in a wide variety of assignments. This position works on diverse projects and assignments under the direction of the Branch Manager.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and write content for social media, newsletters, social ads, etc.
Develop website and landing page content, print collateral, direct mail, event materials, online and print ads, radio commercial scripts, and internal communications.
Manage daily social media posts and engage with users.
Assist in the creation of marketing collateral (e.g. flyers, postcards, pitch books, etc.).
Create and manage marketing campaigns for social media (Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Instagram).
Create and optimize content, audience growth, brand awareness, and engagement across key social platforms.
Edit video and photography content for social media.
Manage and update activity in CRM and maintain/pull excel sheets.
Assist in maintaining existing lead generation platforms.
Assist with event planning and execution.
Assist with running email marketing campaigns and sending email blasts.
Promote all agency open houses, team events and new listings.
Provide and explain analytics reports.
Manage and implement social media advertising campaigns (google ads, Facebook ads, Instagram ads, SEO, and operate promotional campaigns).
Qualifications and Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or Graphic Design, or a related field, a plus.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in digital marketing.
Experience with social media and content writing (posts, newsletters, etc.).
Experience with Adobe Suite (mainly Photoshop).
Mortgage knowledge or experience, preferred.
1-2 years’ experience in social media marketing, preferred.
1-2 years’ experience in social media management, preferred.
Minimum 1 year of Microsoft Office experience, preferred.
Excellent communication skills.
Design, photography, and videography skills, a plus.
