As an ARMO Mechanic II, you will support the maintenance, inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of electro-mechanical equipment used in operational environments. You will apply technical expertise to ensure equipment reliability, operational readiness, and compliance with company quality and safety standards.

In this role, you will contribute to operational excellence by performing maintenance activities, diagnosing equipment issues, interpreting technical documentation, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

As an ARMO Mechanic II, you will be responsible for:

• Reading and interpreting blueprints, wiring diagrams, assembly drawings, and parts lists.
• Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on electro-mechanical equipment and systems.
• Troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic system faults and determining appropriate corrective actions.
• Utilizing multimeters, megohmmeters, hi-pot testers, and other diagnostic instruments to perform testing and inspections.
• Maintaining and repairing equipment in accordance with established procedures, maintenance practices, and quality standards.
• Assisting in the installation, assembly, and commissioning of electro-mechanical equipment.
• Supporting electrical maintenance activities involving three-phase 480V and single-phase 120V systems.
• Documenting maintenance activities, inspection results, and repair records accurately within company systems.
• Using basic computer applications for reporting, data entry, and operational support.
• Ensuring compliance with all safety, environmental, and quality requirements while performing assigned duties.
• Collaborating with team members and technical personnel to achieve operational objectives and equipment reliability targets.
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives focused on equipment performance, reliability, and operational efficiency.

To Be Successful in This Role, You Will:

• Have a Technical Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electro-Mechanical Technology, or a related technical discipline; or a minimum of 1 year of relevant industrial experience in an electro-mechanical function.
• Have a minimum of 1 year of relevant industrial experience in industries such as airline, military, oilfield, automotive, manufacturing, or electronics.
• Have the ability to read and interpret technical drawings, electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, assembly prints, and parts lists.
• Have a basic understanding of electrical systems, including three-phase 480V and single-phase 120V circuits.
• Have knowledge of hydraulic systems and the ability to troubleshoot hydraulic faults.
• Have experience using electrical testing and diagnostic instruments such as multimeters, megohmmeters, and hi-pot testers.
• Have basic computer skills and the ability to work with digital maintenance and reporting systems.
• Have strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Have the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• A/C Certification.
• Electrical Maintenance Certification.
• Stationary Engineer Certification.
• Additional technical training related to electro-mechanical maintenance and equipment reliability.

Work in a Way That Works for You

This role may require working standard shifts, rotational schedules, overtime, or on-call support based on operational and business requirements.
