🧠 What you’ll actually do day-to-day:

• 🖥️ Help solve IT problems — for example:
  • A cash register (POS system) isn’t working
  • The Wi-Fi in a store is down
  • Someone can’t log into their system
• 💬 Talk to users politely and clearly (in German and English) to understand the issue and explain what to do.
• 🧾 Record everything properly in their IT system (ITIL ticketing system).
• 📚 Guide users — show them how to fix small problems themselves next time.
• 🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Work with your team to make sure stores can open, sell, and work smoothly.
• ⚙️ Learn about IT systems — like networks, software, and hardware — and improve over time.
