Graphite Logistics is hiring CDL-A company drivers with at least two years of tractor-trailer experience for local and regional container transportation throughout Texas.

Pay & Benefits

• Weekly earning potential of $1,500–$2,000+

• Earnings based on 35% of line-haul revenue, plus accessorial and detention pay

The Work & Schedule

• Haul shipping containers from Dallas–Fort Worth terminals and/or the Port of Houston
• Run local and regional routes throughout Texas with no-touch freight
• Primarily daily home time, with occasional overnight trips required
• Weekend work once per month, with additional weekend work available by request
• Most holidays off
• Use mobile apps to simplify dispatch communication and paperwork

Responsibilities

• Complete thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Keep equipment and documentation inspection-ready and promptly report maintenance or safety concerns
• Maintain accurate logs and comply with Hours of Service requirements and company safety policies
• Plan trips to meet appointments safely and on time
• Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and terminal personnel
• Take proper care of assigned equipment

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• At least two years of tractor-trailer driving experience
• TWIC card or willingness to apply before onboarding
• Safe driving history and ability to meet DOT qualification requirements
• Strong trip-planning, time-management, and communication skills
• Dependable attendance and availability for occasional overnight and weekend assignments
• Commitment to safety and professionalism
