SEND Coordinator

SEN Coordinator - Full Time (Hybrid working ) We are seeking to recruit a SEND Case Co-Ordinators to support both the Statutory Assessment Team and the Pre 14 Annual Review Team. The successful candidates will be committed to providing exceptional support to children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), collaborating with schools, colleges, health services, and other agencies to ensure timely and effective support. They will support the delivery of statutory SEND functions in line with the Children & Families Act 2014 and the SEND Code of Practice 2015 for Education Health and Care assessments and Annual Reviews for children aged 0 to 14 years of age. The successful candidates will draft and amend EHCPs, ensuring they are clear, accurate, and high quality. We are ideally looking for candidates who have previous experience as SEN Case Co-Ordinators within a Local Authority.
