Help Build the Ultimate AI Tool to Elevate Team Effectiveness

A company that's transforming enterprise employee efficiency with its AI tool is looking for an experienced VP Engineering to lead its Engineering organization.

This role requires a hands-on, deeply technical leader who has grown through the engineering ranks. You will partner closely with the CEO, drive execution across multiple teams, and play a critical role in scaling the company’s AI platform and product infrastructure.

What You Will Lead

• Full ownership of the engineering organization, managing Development teams.

• End-to-end leadership of product development cycles, architecture, delivery, and engineering excellence.

• Close collaboration with the CEO on technology strategy, organizational structure, and long-term roadmap.

• Building and scaling the engineering function as the company grows.

• Driving high-velocity development in a startup environment with strong ownership and accountability.

Tech Environment

• Python, React, AWS & Azure, Microservices architecture

• AI / SaaS environment; LLM-heavy domain

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience leading engineering teams in AI, SaaS, or deep-tech startup environments.

• Background as a hands-on technologist who grew into a leadership role.

• Strong architectural experience with distributed systems and cloud environments.

• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams combining research + development.

• Ability to balance innovation with business needs, timelines, and company roadmap.

• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work closely and transparently with the CEO.
