Cloud-Native Developer (Python / OpenStack / Kubernetes)
We’re looking for an experienced Python Developer with strong cloud-native skills to help design, build, and scale critical OpenStack-based infrastructure. You’ll work with Kubernetes, contribute to upstream open source, and support production-grade environments.

- Contract length – 2 years

- Fully Remote – EU Based
What You’ll Do
- Develop and enhance cloud-native services in Python
- Contribute to OpenStack and related open-source tools
- Deploy to Kubernetes (Helm charts, CRDs, Operators)
- Debug and support production systems, including on-call rotation
- Improve observability with metrics, logs & alerts (Prometheus, Perses)
- Write automated tests (unit, functional, integration)
- Collaborate in an Agile team (sprints, code reviews, backlog grooming)
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years software development experience
- 3+ years hands-on Python (async I/O, design patterns, packaging)
- Strong Kubernetes deployment skills (Helm authoring, CRDs)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows
- Knowledge of OpenStack (AWS/Azure experience is a plus)
Nice to Have
- Experience with observability stacks (Prometheus, Perses)
- Contributions to open-source projects (esp. OpenStack)
- Understanding of distributed systems & microservices
- Familiarity with Go for infra tooling
