Overview
Our client is currently looking for a Business Analyst to collaborate with the clients and technical team to deliver IT Project.
Responsibilities
-
Develop business cases to help clients transform business models, enhance value, and optimize costs.

Conduct requirements gathering through workshops, client interviews, and stakeholder engagement to capture, analyze, and document business and system needs.

Analyze workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement across operations, distribution, and digital domains.
-
Act as a liaison between business users and IT teams, ensuring alignment on objectives and solutions.
-
Document current business processes and use cases, and provide recommendations for future-state operations.

Collaborate with clients and technical teams to define business problems and develop effective, practical solutions.

Assess functional impacts across systems (front-to-back) to ensure comprehensive implementation planning.

Support quality assurance activities, including system integration and user acceptance testing (UAT).

Facilitate UAT sessions, prepare user guides, and deliver training materials when required.

Work within Agile or traditional SDLC frameworks to support end-to-end project delivery.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above with 3–5 years of solid experience in system development or digital transformation projects, ideally in a professional services or consulting environment.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and deliver practical outcomes.

Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.

Curious, proactive, and eager to learn emerging technologies and industry innovations.

Creative and forward-thinking, with a passion for driving meaningful business improvement.

Skilled in storytelling, presentation, and communication — able to clearly convey and champion ideas with impact.

Industry experience in insurance or banking is highly desirable, with working knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements, operational processes, and technology trends.
