Package: 70,000 - 80,000 Baht

Position Purpose:

Strategic Thinking
Purpose: Build leadership capability and strengthen talent pipeline through internal development and strategic external hiring.
Scope:
- Performance Management & Calibration (Manager level and above)
- Talent Review, Succession Planning & Critical Role Pipeline
- Leadership Development & Individual Development Plan (IDP)
- Strategic Hiring and Onboarding for Manager level and above
- Leadership Assessment & Interview Calibration

EVP & Employer Branding Strategy (External Talent Brand: LinkedIn, Leadership Story, Talent Attraction)
** Executive TA 15–20%
- Define sourcing strategy
- Ensure leadership candidate quality
- Conduct leadership assessment
- Partner with headhunters
- Support final selection with business leaders
