Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Consultant Physician specializing in Pediatric and Adolescent Medicine to join a leading healthcare facility in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive, evidence-based care for infants, children, and adolescents, with a strong focus on preventive healthcare, developmental assessment, chronic disease management, and psychosocial well-being. The role requires close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic, patient-centered care.Key Responsibilities:Diagnose and manage a wide range of pediatric and adolescent medical conditions, including acute, chronic, developmental, and behavioral disorders.Provide preventive healthcare services, including immunizations, growth and developmental monitoring, and health screenings.Manage adolescent-specific health concerns such as mental health issues, eating disorders, lifestyle-related diseases, and reproductive health education.Develop individualized care plans focused on physical, emotional, and social well-being.Collaborate with pediatric subspecialists, psychologists, psychiatrists, nutritionists, and allied healthcare professionals.Provide family counseling, patient education, and guidance on adolescent health and development.Promote health awareness, disease prevention, and healthy lifestyle practices among patients and families.Maintain accurate and timely medical records in compliance with DOH and hospital regulations.Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and continuing medical education activities.Contribute to academic teaching and training of junior medical staff where applicable.Requirements:Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent) with specialization in Pediatrics or Adolescent Medicine.Fellowship or Board Certification in Pediatrics or relevant subspecialty.DOH License or DOH Eligibility Letter preferred.Minimum 5 years of consultant-level experience in Pediatrics or Adolescent Medicine.Strong expertise in adolescent healthcare, preventive medicine, and developmental pediatrics.Excellent communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.Strong commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based medical practice.
