SEND Teaching Assistant Bath Full-Time Monday to Friday - Term Time Only £105 - £115 per day A 1 form entry school in the Bath area is looking for an experienced SEND Teaching Assistant to join their team on a long term basis from September. This is an exciting opportunity to join a primary school that provides a caring environment for children to learn. The Role This role is a long-term position to start in the new academic year until July 2027. The successful candidate will be mainly working 1:1 with a KS1 child but also supporting the class teacher when needed. The Head Teacher is looking for someone who is enthusiastic, patient and positive. Someone who has worked with SEND needs previously, educational or behavioural support. You will be expected to: Provide individualised support.Build relationships with the individual and their family. Monitor and record the child's progress and feedback to the class teacher. Work closely with the class teacher to create supportive learning. Maintain an organised and tidy classroom space.
