Description
Customer Service:
- Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction by being constantly visible and readily accessible to our customers.
- Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service.
- Investigates and resolves customer complaints regarding food quality, service, or accommodations.
- Assigns duties to staff on shift.
- Lead F&B team by training and appraising talented personnel.
- Completes reviews, absence reports, and supervises staff on attendance.
- Monitors food preparation methods, portion sizes, garnishing and presentation of food.
- Conducts alcohol and age restriction control in accordance with company policies.
- Comply with all health and safety regulations.
- Schedules and receives F&B deliveries; and checks delivery contents to verify product quality and quantity.
- Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines.
- Creates sales and productivity reports for upper management.
- Enforces compliance with all local, state, federal regulations and company policy pertaining to safety, loss prevention.
- 2-3 years food & beverage management experience, preferably in the restaurant / fast food / hospitality industries.
- Regularly required to bend, stretch, twist, climb and have a high level of mobility/flexibility in small spaces.
- Required to stand and walk for extensive periods of time without breaks during busy times.
- Lifting and/or moving up to 100lbs with assistance is required.
