Accountabilities:

• Engage healthcare professionals to support on-label prescribing by emphasizing product efficacy and safety.
• Address gaps in the patient journey to ensure proper drug positioning and testing.
• Conduct account mapping and manage stakeholder engagement.
• Achieve sales targets while fully adhering to company policies and compliance standards.
• Provide healthcare professionals with relevant clinical and product data.
• Uphold ethical practices in all interactions and activities.
• Contribute to optimizing patient outcomes through informed, responsible engagement.
• Demonstrate advanced customer-engagement capabilities and dynamic planning skills.
• Maintain strong industry knowledge to support effective decision-making.
• Foster teamwork, collaboration, and an inclusive working environment.

Essential Skills/Experience

• 2 years of strong track record experience in Pharma commercial / Science experience with at least 1 year of them at AstraZeneca.
• Consistent performance Track record: You must be effectively delivering against AstraZeneca goals.
• Not currently on Performance Improvement Plan (PIP)
• No formal written warning within the last 12 months from the new policy effective date
• Excellent communication skills in English/ Arabic
