What You'll Do

• Perform comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations
• Develop individualized treatment plans that promote independence and safety
• Provide interventions focused on activities of daily living (ADLs), upper extremity function, cognition, balance, and adaptive equipment
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on functional strategies for success
• Collaborate with PTs, PTAs, OTAs, SLPs, nursing staff, physicians, and case management
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with Medicare and regulatory standards
• Participate in interdisciplinary care planning to maximize patient outcomes

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Current Michigan Occupational Therapist (OT) license or eligibility for licensure
• Excellent communication and clinical reasoning skills
• New graduates are encouraged to apply
