As technology cycles across APAC accelerate, Asia Sales has a strong opportunity to lead at the forefront of emerging innovations. This role is critical to harness early APAC technology signals and translate them into actionable BU roadmap inputs and sales-ready strategies - enabling the organization to proactively anticipate, shape, and monetize new opportunities together with BU ahead of market inflection points.

Responsibilities:

Emerging Technology Scouting

\- Identify and track new technologies and applications across APAC

\- Analyze gaps between global roadmaps and local market developments

\- Provide structured insights to Sales and BU leadership

Ecosystem Engagement

\- Build connections with startups, system integrators, and key enablers

\- Act as a local interface for BU to access non-traditional ecosystem players

\- Facilitate technical and business introductions

BU Interface & Localization

\- Serve as APAC contact point for emerging technology discussions

\- Translate local requirements into BU inputs (features, roadmap considerations)

\- Provide feedback on product-market fit in APAC

Sales Enablement

\- Convert emerging technologies into sales narratives and use cases

\- Develop early-stage training for Sales and FAE teams

\- Anticipate future skill requirements for the Sales organization

Opportunity Incubation

\- Identify and shape early-stage opportunities before they become mainstream

\- Support initial customer engagements in technically complex areas

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 8–10+ years of relevant experience in technical marketing, product management, sales enablement, or ecosystem/business development
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related discipline required.
  • Ability to Identify and track new technologies and applications across APAC. Experience building and leveraging relationships across startups, system integrators, partners, and ecosystem players.
  • Strong understanding of emerging technology trends (e.g., AI, data center, automotive, edge) and their business implications. Familiarity with product roadmap processes, GTM models, and product-market fit evaluation
  • Capable of translating complex technologies into actionable business insights, with a strong analytical mindset to drive end-to-end execution and measurable outcomes.
  • Proven ability to engage and influence across BU, Sales, FAE, and Engineering organizations. Strong stakeholder management with executive-level communication capability.
  • Develops sales narratives and enablement frameworks, supporting early-stage customer engagement and opportunity incubation.
  • Implement Artificial Intelligence (AI) for daily work, including Agent, AI assistant, Generative AI and Agentic AI.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree (MBA or relevant technical Master’s) preferred.
  • Semiconductor, AI/cloud, automotive, or broader technology industry experience preferred.
  • Self-driven and proactive, with high learning agility and a strong ownership mindset to independently lead ambiguous, fast-evolving initiatives preferred.
