This role is ideal for a senior Front-end developer who enjoys working independently and who is able to contribute to a team environment at a senior level.
Our client is a successful, profitable Waterloo-based company, right in the heart of the Kitchener-Waterloo tech triangle. They build innovative software products to measure and improve the quality of experience of their clients.

Can you solve big network problems using your skills with React, Redux, GraphXL, D3 (or similar tools/similar framework?) Do you want to work with cloud based big data architecture and an innovative product suite?
As a senior front-end developer, you will influence, design, and implement features that delight our customers but even more importantly, solve real problems and add value. You will also contribute to the design, implementation, and operation of the GraphQL middle layer which powers the UI and abstracts the internal microservice based architecture.
- Design, implement and deliver web-based UI features using React, GraphQL, D3 and related technologies.
- Design, implement and deliver the GraphQL API service that powers the front-end.
- Code and architectural reviews, requirements, and design.
- Work with product management to wireframe and prototype UI features before implementation.
- Work with the team to plan and execute on longer term architectural changes.
- Work to improve the delivery and operational processes related to the UI through tools such as CI/CD, tracing, and end user performance monitoring.
- Gain a deeper understanding of how the Internet and ISP networks work.
