Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement company quality control systems, workflows, and operational standards.
  
• Establish corporate quality objectives and formulate quality plans.
• Oversee and supervise quality control processes throughout the production cycle.
• Establish quality monitoring, feedback, and continuous improvement
  mechanisms.
• Make final professional decisions on disputed quality issues.
• Develop and improve departmental policies, procedures, and management systems.
• Manage daily operations, manpower planning, and performance evaluations within the quality department.
• Optimize inspection processes using quality management tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Handle internal and external customer complaints and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Train, guide, and assess quality team members to ensure high performance and compliance.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Control or Quality
  Management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and other quality standards.
• Proven leadership and analytical skills, with a strong focus on problem solving and process optimization.
• Expertise in applying 7 QC Tools and Quality Control Management principles.
• Advanced proficiency in using various measurement tools and equipment for quality assessment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
