*          Provides direct patient care including evaluation and treatment as outlined by the guidelines of NYS Occupational Therapy Practice Act and Hospital policy.

 *         Embraces the team concept of the department and the customer service approach to patient care

*          Work Schedule  -  Tuesday - Saturday   Opportunity to work a 4 day or 5 day work schedule

5 day work week- Tuesday - Saturday - hours vary, can be 8am-4:pm, 8:30am-

4:30pm or 9am -5-pm

     4 day work week – Tuesday- Saturday - day off varies, hours vary

Job Details:

*          BS in Occupational Therapy – Required

*          Masters Degree  - Preferred

*          NY State OT License and Registration – Required

   *         BLS  (American Heart Association or American Red Cross) - Required
