Tasks

• Transcribe survey questionnaire data from Adobe PDF scan format, into an online survey software format/database, using a QR code/URL and online template provided by Parks Canad It is estimated that there will be approximately 7,000 paper questionnaire forms (700 per location x 10 locations) resulting in approximately 350 Adobe PDF files. An average of 4 Adobe PDF files can be entered per day (for approximately 88 total days/620 total hours). Based on schedule in Section 5.5 below, it is expected that two (or more) data entry clerks will be needed to fulfill the requirement.

• Considerations

• Survey data must be entered in the database in the official language of choice used by the survey responden

• Multiple data entry templates are used, each corresponding to individual survey location

• The contractor must safeguard and/or return any documents/materials provided by Parks Canada at the end of the schedu Under no circumstances shall the materials be copied or shared with other departments, contractors and/or individuals during the execution of this study or kept/copied by the contractor after the contract ends. Documents will not contain personal information and are deemed as Unclassified (Not Protected).

• Work Environment

• All work is to be conducted remotely (i.e. not at a Parks Canada office). Remote performance of the work is preferred in order to reduce greenhouse gas emissions associated with commuting and trav

• All work is to be conducted between the hours of 8:00 and 16:00 EST, Monday through Friday
  • (excluding statutory holidays).

• The Contractor shall ensure that all digital tools, reports, templates, and documents used or produced under this contract are accessible and compatible with assistive technologies (e.g., screen readers, voice recognition software, screen magnification tools), where applicable.

• All project documentation, progress reports, correspondence, and deliverables shall be provided electronically unless otherwise requested by Parks Canad

• Meetings

• Progress meetings will occur at the end of every week to discuss data entry prog

• The Contractor shall be capable of participating in virtual meetings using accessible communication technologies and shall provide reasonable accommodations for contractor personnel as required.
