Scope: North America (USA & Canada)
Terms: Permanent, Full-time role. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada on a full‑time basis without the need for current or future employer sponsorship. THE ROLE:
This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of benefits across North America for a newly independent organization. As North America Benefits Manager, you will lead the administration and ongoing evolution of our health and welfare, leave, and retirement programs; helping ensure they are well-run, employee-focused, compliant, and fit for the needs of our business in the US and Canada.
WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Drive the U.S. benefits redesign agenda, helping shape competitive, employee-centered programs that support a newly independent business
- Lead key annual benefits moments, including Annual Enrollment, compliance activities, required filings, and other critical program milestones
- Create clear, engaging benefits communications and education that help employees understand, value, and make the most of their benefits
- Partner with vendors, Finance, HR, and local teams to ensure benefits programs are delivered smoothly, accurately, and with a strong employee experience
- Serve as the subject matter expert for U.S. and Canadian leave administration, working closely with external leave providers to support compliant, compassionate, and consistent employee experiences

- Has experience in U.S. and Canada health and retirement benefit programs and can operate confidently in an environment with multiple vendors, regulatory requirements, and evolving business needs
- Brings strong skills in benefits communications, vendor partnership, compliance risk management, and strategic planning
- Thinks end-to-end and takes ownerships for results
- Is comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving organization
- Values collaboration, clarity and low-ego ways of working

Benefits vary by country and are subject to plan terms and eligibility.
Pay: The pay range for this position is $103,000 to $154,400. The Magnum Ice Cream Company (TMICC) takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.
Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
