About the Role

We're looking for ambitious individuals who are ready to build a career in sales and business development. Previous staffing or recruiting experience isn't required—we'll teach you everything you need to know.

As an Entry-Level Account Executive, you'll work with companies to understand their hiring needs, develop new business relationships, and provide customized staffing solutions. You'll receive hands-on training, ongoing coaching, and mentorship from experienced sales leaders who are invested in your growth.

What You'll Do

• Build relationships with new and existing clients through phone calls, meetings, networking, and referrals.

• Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified sales leads.

• Learn clients' hiring needs and develop staffing solutions that solve real business challenges.

• Partner with our recruiting team to match top technical talent with open positions.

• Manage your sales pipeline and maintain accurate activity in our CRM.

• Consistently work toward and exceed individual sales goals.

• Deliver exceptional customer service while building long-term client partnerships.

No degree required. Sales experience, leadership experience, athletics, customer service, Greek life, internships, or other experiences demonstrating drive and leadership are all a plus—but not required.
