Civil Defense Litigation Paralegal

$50,000 to $75,000
Help attorneys successfully defend civil litigation matters by managing case files, coordinating litigation activities, and keeping cases on track from inception through resolution.

What you'll do:
• Manage civil defense litigation cases from inception through resolution
• Work closely with attorneys to prepare cases for litigation
• Prepare and electronically file documents through State and Federal CM/ECF systems
• Maintain litigation calendars, deadlines, and case files
• Utilize litigation document management systems
• Process billing using ABA task codes
• Communicate with attorneys, court personnel, and other legal professionals throughout the litigation process
What we're looking for:
• Experience as a civil defense litigation paralegal
• Proficiency with State and Federal CM/ECF filing
• Experience with ABA task codes and legal billing
• Experience using litigation document management systems
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and writing skills
