About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee a critical project buildout in Boulder City, Nevada. This is a 12-month contract opportunity for a seasoned professional who will serve as the primary on-site leadership presence, ensuring that all construction activities meet rigorous safety, quality, and schedule requirements. The role demands a hands-on leader who can effectively bridge field execution with project management objectives.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day oversight of contractors and construction operations, acting as the key liaison between on-site teams and project leadership. Your expertise will directly shape the successful delivery of this high-visibility project across Clark County and Nye County work sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee all on-site construction activities to guarantee strict adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
• Serve as the primary liaison between contractors and project management, facilitating clear communication and swift resolution of field issues.
• Develop, manage, and update detailed construction schedules to ensure milestone achievement and on-time project delivery.
• Lead quality control and quality assurance inspections, verifying that all work conforms to design specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive project updates, progress reports, and documentation in accordance with established reporting requirements.
• Provide proactive environmental oversight to ensure full compliance with all applicable environmental regulations and permit conditions.
• Coordinate daily with contractors, supervisors, and management to align priorities and maintain a safe, productive job site.

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive construction supervision experience on large-scale projects.
• Possession of a valid driver's license with no alcohol- or drug-related driving offenses in the past five years.
• Current driver's license must not be suspended, restricted, or otherwise encumbered.
• Willingness and ability to work on-site daily in Boulder City, NV, with travel between Clark County and Nye County project locations as needed.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing contractor relationships and enforcing safety compliance.

Preferred Skills

While not required, experience with environmental oversight on construction sites and familiarity with structured project reporting frameworks are highly valued.
