Responsabilidades:
- Verificar que el pedido esté completo y sea tal como lo ordenó el huésped.
- Entregar los pedidos de comida, incluídas las necesidades o solicitudes especiales, al huésped en la habitación.
- Dar la bienvenida al huésped y describir los artículos seleccionados con descripciones interesantes y vívidas del origen, el sabor y los métodos de preparación.
- Responder a la solicitud de retiro de la bandeja de acuerdo a los estándares de tiempos establecidos.
- Distribuir productos de Private Bar y amenidades.
- Asegurarse que el huésped firme el cheque correspondiente.
- Brindar asistencia en servicio al piso ejecutivo.
Requisitos:
- Preferentemente formación en Hotelería o Gastronomía.
- Experiencia de 6 a 12 meses en posiciones de servicio en Alimentos y bebidas.
- Dominio del idioma Inglés avanzado.
- Flexibilidad horaria especialmente para trabajar durante el turno noche.
- Proactividad, entusiasmo y capacidad de trabajo en equipo.
El postulante deberá contar con la documentación necesaria para trabajar en el país.
