Assemble resources to deliver engineering or construction projects.

As an Engineering Services Lead, a typical day involves guiding a team of engineers in creating innovative technical solutions that address complex challenges and support organizational goals. This role requires coordinating efforts across various engineering disciplines such as manufacturing, electrical, mechanical, structural, and stress design. The day includes overseeing project timelines, ensuring quality standards, managing costs, and assembling the necessary resources to successfully deliver engineering or construction projects. Collaboration with multiple teams and stakeholders is essential to maintain alignment and drive project success.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of engineering projects to meet business objectives efficiently.
- Foster a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
- Mentor junior engineers to support their professional growth and development.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and organizational policies throughout project lifecycles.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Wiring Harnesses.
- Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical engineering principles related to wiring harness design and implementation.
- Experience in managing cross-functional engineering teams and coordinating multi-disciplinary projects.
- Ability to analyze complex technical problems and develop effective, practical solutions.
- Familiarity with engineering project management tools and methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration among diverse teams and stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Wiring Harnesses.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
