Description
Key Responsibilities
- Drive advertising revenue growth across the MPCG region.
- Identify, acquire, and manage both retail and national advertising clients based in the MPCG market.
- Develop and maintain relationships with advertisers, brands, media agencies, and key decision-makers.
- Present and promote Qube Cinema Network’s advertising solutions to prospective and existing clients.
- Prepare customized sales presentations, proposals, and media plans.
- Provide clients with detailed commercial proposals and cost estimates.
- Achieve assigned revenue targets and contribute to the overall growth of the region.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging advertising opportunities within the region.
- Share relevant market intelligence and business updates on a regular basis.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of advertising campaigns.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Postgraduate qualification in Marketing or a related field from a reputed institution is preferred.
- 5-7 years of experience in advertising sales, media sales, or related business development roles.
- Prior experience handling regional markets, particularly Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh
- Experience in media, radio, cinema, digital, print, television, or out-of-home (OOH) advertising sales is preferred.
- Additional certifications or professional courses related to sales, marketing, or business development are desirable.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to manage revenue targets and drive growth.
- Proven ability to generate business from both retail and national clients.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong relationship management skills with clients, agencies, and key stakeholders.
- Ability to identify opportunities, develop sales strategies, and close business effectively.
- Good understanding of the advertising and media landscape.
- Established industry contacts and relationships within the MPCG region will be an added advantage.
- Self-driven, result-oriented, and capable of managing an independent sales territory.
